FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BEHRUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN OSTEOARTHRITIS PADA LANSIA DI PUSKESMAS MELINTANG KOTA PANGKALPINANG TAHUN 2024

Abstract

Osteoarthritis merupakan penyakit degeneratif sendi yang ditandai dengan rusaknya tulang rawan artikular, penebalan tulang subkondral, pembentukan osteofit di sepanjang tepi sendi, dan proses inflamasi nonspesifik ringan pada sinovium. Dari data Riset Kesehatan Dasar Provinsi Kep. Bangka Belitung di temukan pada tahun 2023 menurut kabupaten/kota, pangkalpinang didapati urutan kedua yaitu 5,37%. Data pravelensi jumlah kasus osteoarthritis tahun 2023 di Puskesmas Melintang yaitu 310 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian Osteoarthritis pada lansia di Puskesmas Melintang Kota Pangkalpinang Tahun 2024.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional dan Chi-Square dengan hasil berupa analisa univariat dan bivariat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah lansia yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas yang berusia 60 - 90 yang tercatat dalam buku kunjungan pasien Puskesmas Melintang pada tahun 2023. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebagian dari populasi penelitian yang berjumlah 105.Hasil penelitian di dapatkan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian osteoarthritis adalah usia (ρ=0,000, POR=0,050), genetik (ρ=0,000, POR=0,200),obesitas (ρ=0,000, POR=0,076) dan faktor yang tidak berhubungan adalah faktor jenis kelamin. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara usia, jenis kelamin, genetik dan obesitas tehadap kejadian osteoarthirits pada lansia Puskesmas Melintang Kota Pangkalpinang Tahun 2024.

Abstract

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease characterized by destruction of the articular cartilage, thickening of the subchondral bone, formation of osteophytes along the joint edges, and mild nonspecific inflammatory processes in the synovium. From Basic Health Research data for Kep Province. Bangka Belitung was found in 2023 according to districts/cities, Pangkalpinang was found to be in second place, namely 5.37%. Data on the prevalence of the number of osteoarthritis cases in 2023 at the Melintang Community Health Center is 310 people. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of osteoarthritis in the elderly at the Melintang Community Health Center, Pangkalpinang City in 2024. This research was conducted using a cross sectional and Chi-Square design with results in the form of univariate and bivariate analysis. The population in this study were elderly people who visited the Community Health Center aged 60 - 90 who were recorded in the Melintang Community Health Center's patient visit book in 2023. The sample in this study was part of the research population of 105. The research results showed that factors related to the incidence of osteoarthritis were age (ρ=0.000, POR=0.050), genetics (ρ=0.000, POR=0.200), obesity (ρ=0.000, POR=0.076) and unrelated factors is a gender factor. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between age, gender, genetics and obesity on the incidence of osteoarthritis in the elderly at the Melintang Community Health Center, Pangkalpinang City in 2024.
