PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, STRUKTUR MODAL, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) profitability on firm value, (2) capital structure on firm value, (3) dividend policy on firm value, (4) firm size on the value of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. The population in this study were Food and Beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the sample in this study was determined by the purposive sampling method, namely Food and Beverage companies for four consecutive years from 2020-2023, resulting in a sample of 18 companies with 72 observation data. The analysis method used was the panel data regression method using the E-views 12 program. The results of this study concluded that (1) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, (2) Capital structure does not affect firm value, (3) dividend policy does not affect firm value, (4) firm size has a negative and significant effect on firm value.
