PENGARUH DISPOSISI MATEMATIK TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIK PADA TINGKAT SMP PADA MATERI BANGUR DATAR SEGIEMPAT DAN SEGITIGA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disposisi matematik dan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika pada siswa SMP dalam materi bangun datar segiempat dan segitiga. Disposisi matematik meliputi sikap positif terhadap matematika, kepercayaan diri, serta ketekunan siswa, sementara itu pemahaman konsep mencakup penguasaan konsep, hubungan antar konsep, dan penerapan dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan instrumen  berupa angket disaposisi dan tes soal pemahaman konsep.

This study aims to determine the influence of mathematical disposition and mathematical concept understanding ability in junior high school students in the material of quadrilaterals and triangles. Mathematical disposition includes a positive attitude towards mathematics, self-confidence, and student perseverance, while conceptual understanding includes mastery of concepts, relationships between concepts, and application in solving problems. The method used in this study is an experiment with instruments in the form of a disposition questionnaire and a conceptual understanding test.
