ANALISIS PUISI KESATRIA RANAH PATRIOT KARYA MUMSIKUDDIN ZUHDAN MELALUI PENDEKATAN SEMIOTIK

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the poem Kesatria Ranah Patriot by 
Mumsikuddin Zuhdan through a semiotic approach. The study 
focuses on the interpretation of symbols and signs in the poem as 
representations of values such as nationalism, patriotism, and 
sacrifice. By examining elements such as diction, metaphor, and 
symbolic structure, this research finds that the poem not only depicts 
the spirit of struggle but also encourages readers to reflect on the 
profound meaning of dedication to the homeland. The findings 
suggest that the poem is rich with moral messages that raise 
collective awareness about the importance of courage, integrity, and 
love for the country. Kesatria Ranah Patriot offers a space for deep 
and meaningful interpretation of nationalism in an aesthetic and 
reflective form.
