Abstract
This study aims to measure the effectiveness of E-KTP recording services at the Badung Regency Population and Civil Registration Office using Richard M. Steers' (1985) effectiveness theory with aspects of goal achievement, integration, and adaptation. The results showed that the E-KTP recording service was good but not perfect. The goal achievement aspect has been fulfilled with excellent and timely service, but the integration aspect is still constrained by the lack of socialization to the community and the uncertainty of the E-KTP issuance schedule. In the aspect of adaptation, although facilities and infrastructure are adequate, technical problems such as damage to fingerprint scanners, cameras, and other devices often hamper the process. Therefore, improvements are needed in the aspects of integration and adaptation so that service effectiveness can reach the perfect category.
