PERCERAIAN DINI DALAM PERSPEKTIF SOSIOLOGIS: PENYEBAB, PROSES, DAN DAMPAKNYA

Abstract

Tingginya angka Pernikahan Usia Dini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan tentang peraturan yang diberlakukan oleh pemerintah masih rendah. Fenomena sosial mengenai pernikahan dini di Indonesia merupakan salah satu faktor yang sering terjadi di tanah air, baik pernikahan dini yang terjadi di pedesaan maupun perkotaan. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena kesederhanaan pola pikir masyarakat sehingga masalah ini akan terjadi secara terus menerus. Selain itu, beberapa faktor pendukung seperti Pendidikan, ekonomi, sosial dan budaya sangat berpengaruh dengan dilakukannya pernikahan usia dini. Kondisi emosional mereka yang dinilai masih labil akan berdampak pada pertengkaran dan berujung dengan Perceraian. Perceraian adalah berakhirnya suatu ikatan pernikahan, apakah itu disebabkan oleh sikap suami atau sikap istri. Pasangan suami istri yang tidak cocok lagi melanjutkan bahtera rumah tangganya dan telah sepakat untuk bercerai, telah memberikan dampak yang negatif bukan hanya terhadap anak-anak, bahkan termasuk mantan suami atau istri serta terhadap masyarakat.

The high number of Early Marriages shows that empowerment regarding regulations imposed by the government is still low. The social phenomenon of early marriage in Indonesia is one of the factors that often occurs in the country, both early marriages that occur in rural and urban areas. This can happen because of the simplicity of the community's mindset so that this problem will continue to occur. In addition, several supporting factors such as Education, economy, social and culture greatly influence the implementation of early marriages. Their emotional condition which is considered still unstable will have an impact on arguments and end in Divorce. Divorce is the end of a marriage bond, whether it is caused by the attitude of the husband or the attitude of the wife. A married couple who are no longer compatible to continue their household and have agreed to divorce, have had a negative impact not only on the children, but also including the ex-husband or wife and on society.
