Analisa Pola Penataan dan Ketersediaan Ruang Pada Bangunan Pasar Tradisional Kertek Di Kabupaten Wonosobo dan Solusi Desain

Abstract

Kertek traditional market is the biggest traditional market in Wonosobo. Kertek market accommodates more than 1500 seller and the activities on kertek market lasts for almost 24 hours with alternation of different types of selling activites in 3 times session. This must of course be supported by adequate spaces and regular circulation patterns. In the existing conditions of the market, the capacity of the space in the market building is inadequate so that many sellers still selling in parking area outside the market. There is also no special organized loading dock area so that the loading dock area is mixed with the parking area and also with sellers who are selling in the outside area. This research is intended to find out architectural problems related to space needs and circulation patterns in kertek market building. Space and circulation data were obtained from the results of field surveys, while to produce an analysis, it obtained by comparing existing data with SNI standards related to market buildings and local regulations. In this research, the things discussed are about the need for space, layout, zoning, and circulation. The results of the analysis are in the form of existing comparisons with standards so that they produce problems, and from the existing problems will produce architectural ideas or solutions related to space and circulation.
