PENDAMPINGAN SOSIAL ANAK PUTUS SEKOLAH AKIBAT BULLYING MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN MEMBACA DAN BERHITUNG DI RUMAH LITERASI RANGGI

Abstract
Bullying is one of the factors that causes children to drop out of school. This study aims to describe the process of individual social work intervention for a 9-year-old child who dropped out of school due to being a victim of bullying. The intervention was carried out at Rumah Literasi Ranggi as a non-formal institution that provides alternative education services. Through a case work approach, the intervention was carried out in six stages: engagement, assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and termination. The results of the intervention showed an increase in basic reading and counting skills in clients, as well as improvements in psychosocial aspects, such as self-confidence. Support from resource systems such as mothers and the Rumah Literasi Ranggi environment was shown to strengthen the recovery process. These findings suggest that community-based social work interventions can be an effective alternative in dealing with the impact of bullying on children.
