Abstract

Mosque youth are an important forum in shaping the character of the young generation based on religious and social values. However, internal dynamics such as lack of cohesiveness and weak teamwork often become obstacles in organizational development. This activity aims to strengthen the relationship between members of the Amanah Mosque Youth on Jalan Eka Bakti, Medan Johor through a social intervention approach. The process is carried out in four stages, namely assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Observations and discussions with the supervisor and head of the organization showed the need for collective activities that encourage positive interactions. The intervention was carried out through cleaning the mosque environment as a means of building solidarity and shared responsibility. The evaluation showed an increase in member involvement, more open communication, and a growing spirit of cooperation. This activity is an example of how a community-based approach can have a real impact on the dynamics of mosque youth organizations.
