Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Serang Regency using a qualitative approach based on secondary data. The data used in this study consist of monthly employee performance charts throughout 2024, obtained from internal organizational documents. These data were analyzed descriptively to understand performance dynamics and their correlation with internal organizational factors, particularly commitment and motivation. The results. indicate that fluctuations in employee performance are closely related to the levels of organizational commitment and work motivation. Performance tends to decline when employees experience reduced motivation and weakened organizational commitment. Conversely, performance improves when management implements positive interventions such as enhanced communication, performance rewards, and a supportive work environment. Therefore, the study concludes that organizational commitment and work motivation are crucial factors in fostering sustainable employee productivity. Purpose. To determine the influence of Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Departement of Transportation In SErang Regency.
