ARSITEKTUR DATA TOKOPEDIA: PENGELOLAAN DAN PENYIMPANAN DATA PELANGGAN DALAM E-COMMERENCE

Abstract
This study aims to explore the ways and strategies of data architecture implemented by Tokopedia in managing and storing consumer data in today's e-commerce era. By applying a qualitative approach through literature review and document analysis, this study reveals how Tokopedia creates a data management system that is responsive, effective, and can grow as needed. The analysis shows that Tokopedia uses an architecture based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices, supported by cloud computing and big data technology. This strategy provides improvements in system flexibility, data analysis optimization, and increased service personalization. In addition, Tokopedia prioritizes the protection of personal data by making strict security policies a priority and ensuring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP). These findings emphasize the importance of the link between cutting-edge technology, data security, and proper management in supporting the viability and competitiveness of digital businesses.
