Abstract
Business developments have triggered increasingly fierce competition in the hotel industry, striving to increase hotel occupancy rates. Therefore, to win the competition, the Bamboo Hotel in Bogor City uses an Onlineapplication developed by the Bamboo Hotel for Onlineroom reservations. This study aims to influence room purchase decisions through the Tiket.com Onlineapplication at the Bamboo Hotel in Bogor City. The method used in this study was a descriptive quantitative survey approach using a questionnaire distributed to 107 respondents. Data analysis techniques used the Mean, Median, Mode, and a continuous line. The results showed that the overall weighted average service quality score was 463.6, with a Median of 4 and a Mode of 5. Based on these results, respondents preferred to book rooms through the Onlineapplication, thus the hotel management is promoting Onlineroom reservations more.
