UPAYA ORGANISASI KARANG TARUNA KECAMATAN JENU KABUPATEN TUBAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN SIKAP CINTA TANAH AIR BAGI ANGGOTA

Abstract

Karang Taruna Jenu District is an organization that serves as a forum for the younger generation to develop themselves and socialize in the community, especially in the Jenu District area of Tuban Regency. This organization plays a role in increasing the attitude of love for the country for its members. This research aims to describe the efforts of the Karang Taruna organization of Jenu Subdistrict, Tuban Regency in increasing the attitude of patriotism for its members and to explain the obstacles faced by the Karang Taruna organization of Jenu Subdistrict, Tuban Regency in increasing the attitude of patriotism for its members. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive design. The research subjects were the Core Executive Board and Members of the Jenu Sub-District Youth Organization. The focus of this research is on the efforts of the management of the Jenu Sub-District Youth Organization in increasing the patriotism of its members. The data collection techniques used were participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data validity techniques using source triangulation. The data analysis technique uses Miles Huberman (2012) data analysis. The theoretical basis used in this research is the theory of Policy Implementation by Merilee S. Grindle.The results showed that the efforts of the Youth Organization of Jenu Subdistrict, Tuban Regency in increasing the attitude of love for the homeland of its members were by holding various activities aimed at increasing the attitude of love for the homeland, such as Apel and national dialogue, Commemoration of the Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, national seminars, leadership training, social services, Gotong-Royong, charity, work meetings, and sports competitions. As for the implementation of these efforts, there are obstacles experienced by the Youth Organization, which include: 1. Budget Limitations 2) Technology Development.
