PELATIHAN PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL 5.0 UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA SERTA KOMPETENSI SISWA SMAN 1 JAWILAN

Abstract

Training on the use of digital technology 5.0 is one of the strategic efforts to improve the quality of human resources and the competence of SMAN 1 Jawilan students in the era of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. This research aims to analyze the solutions and implementation of digital technology 5.0 training in order to improve the ability and competitiveness of students at various levels of education. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and literature studies. Participants in this study involve educators, students, and stakeholders in the field of education and technology within SMAN 1 Jawilan. The results show that structured and continuous training can improve students' digital literacy, critical thinking skills, and creativity. In addition, the integration of artificial intelligence technology (Artificial Intelligence), Internet of Things (IoT), and Big Data in the learning process is able to enrich the learning experience and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of learning. The proposed solutions include the development of a curriculum based on digital technology 5.0, increasing the capacity of teachers in the use of technology, and providing infrastructure that supports digital learning. The implementation of the training is carried out through workshops, seminars, and e-learning platforms that allow students to interact directly with the latest technology. The implication of this research is the creation of an adaptive and innovative educational ecosystem, where SMAN 1 Jawilan students can develop the 21st century skills needed in the global job market. Thus, training on the use of digital technology 5.0 not only improves students' technical competence, but also forms creative, collaborative, and resilient characters in facing future challenges.
