Abstract

UMKMs play an important role in Indonesia's economy, but often face problems related to legality, marketing, and brand identity strengthening. This article examines the mentoring of BELRIZO sandal UMKM located in Mojokerto. Through KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) activities, a team of students conducted a series of activities such as creating a Business Identification Number (NIB), redesigning the business logo, and digital marketing training. With a participatory approach, these activities demonstrate that small transformations in visual elements and marketing strategies can bring significant impact to the image and market reach of UMKMs.
