PENGEMBANGAN BOOKLET HEALTY FOOD OLAHAN PANGAN BUAH NAGAUNTUK MENCEGAH STUNTING PADA ANAK USIA DINI

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan booklet healthy food berbahan olahan buah naga sebagai media edukasi untuk mencegah stunting pada anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE. Hasil uji kevalidan booklet healty food dari ahli media mendapatkan persentase sebesar 93,75% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Hasil validasi dari ahli materi mendapatkan persentase sebesar 93,7% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Selain itu, hasil validasi pengguna diperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 95% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Selanjutnya, hasil dari kelayakan uji coba produk oleh responden mendapatkan persentase 97,36%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa booklet ini layak digunakan sebagai media edukasi dan berpotensi meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya konsumsi olahan buah naga untuk mencegah stunting pada anak usia dini. Dengan demikian, booklet ini dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif dalam upaya pencegahan stunting melalui peningkatan gizi anak sejak dini

Abstract
This study aims to develop a booklet of healthy food made from dragon fruit as an educational medium to prevent stunting in early childhood. The method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The results of the validity test of the healthy food booklet from media experts obtained a percentage of 93.75% which is included in the very valid category. The validation results from material experts obtained a percentage of 93.7% which is included in the very valid category. In addition, the results of user validation obtained an average percentage of 95% with a very practical category. Furthermore, the results of the feasibility of the product trial by respondents obtained a percentage of 97.36%. The results of the study indicate that this booklet is suitable for use as an educational medium and has the potential to increase understanding of the importance of consuming dragon fruit to prevent stunting in early childhood. Thus, this booklet can be an effective tool in efforts to prevent stunting by improving children's nutrition from an early age.
