PENGARUH PERTUMBUHAN LABA DAN RISIKO BISNIS TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN PADAPERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2019-2024

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Profit Growth and Business Risk on Dividend Policy in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2024 period. The research adopts a quantitative method with a descriptive-associative approach. The data used is secondary data, with a sample of 10 banking companies selected using a purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool employed is panel data regression, and hypothesis testing is conducted using the F-test and t-test with the help of E-Views 12 statistical software. The results of the regression analysis show that simultaneously, Profit Growth and Business Risk have a significant effect on Dividend Policy. However, partially, Profit Growth does not have a significant effect on Dividend Policy, while Business Risk has a significant negative effect on Dividend Policy.
