EVALUASI KINERJA VENDOR MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALITYCAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) PT CZMM (PERSERO) TBK

Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the performance of gypsum raw material vendors at PT CZMM (Persero) Tbk using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The evaluation involved five vendors assessed based on five main criteria: price, quality, delivery punctuality, flexibility, and responsibility. Data were collected through interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), questionnaires, and documentation, with analysis supported by the Expert Choice software. The results show that PT PG is the highest-performing vendor, followed by PT SM and PT SI I. These findings were validated through group discussions, which reinforced the reliability of the evaluation. The AHP method proved effective in providing structured and objective assessments, supporting strategic decision-making in the company’s supply chain management.
