Abstract
The purpose of this study was the results of a quantitative analysis of Siloyal Membership and Product Line Pricing as determinants of Customer Loyalty among Kopi Siloka customers. This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing both primary and secondary data obtained through questionnaires. The population for this study comprises Kopi Siloka customers who have purchased Kopi Siloka products at least once. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using a non-probability sampling method, specifically purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as the analyticv al method. The results indicate that Membership and Product Line Pricing have a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Simultaneously, Siloyal Membership and Product Line Pricing significantly affect Customer Loyalty. Partially, Siloyal Membership significantly influences Customer Loyalty. Similarly, the Product Line Pricing variable also partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty among Kopi Siloka customers
