Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen operasi yang diterapkan oleh Samsung Electronics melalui implementasi Lean Manufacturing dan Supply Chain Integration guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif berbasis studi literatur (library research). Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan prinsip-prinsip Lean Manufacturing dan Supply Chain Integration berbasis teknologi digital dalam proses produksi dan distribusi Samsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Lean Manufacturing dan Supply Chain Integration secara sinergis berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan efisiensi, pengurangan pemborosan, serta peningkatan kualitas produk dan layanan. Penelitian ini juga menyarankan pentingnya adaptasi teknologi digital dan kolaborasi lebih dalam antara pemasok dan distributor untuk memperkuat kapabilitas operasional perusahaan.
