Abstract
This studi aims to describe the strategies used by teachers in stilling Islamic moral values to students in the school environment. Islamic moral values are an important aspect in the formations of student character, so the role of teachers is very important in the process of internalizing these values. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that teachers use various strategies such as role models, habits, advice, emotional approaches, and integration of Islamic values in the learning process. In addition, a religious school environment also supports the success of these strategies. The conclusion of this study is that the right and consistent strategies from teachers can shape students’ Islamic moral character effectively.
