LITERATURE REVIEW: EFEKTIVITAS ZOOM MEETING DAN GOOGLE MEET DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN PRESENTASI MAHASISWA

Abstract
Kajian ini membahas bagaimana dua platform konferensi video, yaitu Zoom Meeting dan Google Meet, berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kemampuan presentasi mahasiswa dalam konteks pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penelitian dilakukan melalui metode literature review, dengan menelaah sepuluh sumber ilmiah yang relevan dan terbit antara tahun 2020 hingga 2023. Fokus utama tinjauan ini mencakup aspek kemudahan penggunaan, efektivitas fitur interaktif, serta dampaknya terhadap penguasaan materi dan keterampilan komunikasi lisan mahasiswa. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa Zoom memiliki keunggulan dalam hal kelengkapan fitur yang mendukung praktik presentasi, seperti layar berbagi, ruang diskusi kelompok, serta perekaman sesi. Di sisi lain, Google Meet lebih menonjol dari segi kesederhanaan antarmuka dan stabilitas akses, terutama bagi pengguna dengan keterbatasan perangkat atau koneksi. Meskipun berbeda dalam pendekatan teknis, keduanya dinilai mampu memperkuat kepercayaan diri, kemampuan berbicara, dan partisipasi aktif mahasiswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran daring. Kajian ini memberikan masukan penting bagi pendidik dalam menentukan media pembelajaran digital yang tepat guna menunjang pengembangan kompetensi presentasi peserta didik di era digital.
This study discusses how two video conferencing platforms, Zoom Meeting and Google Meet, contribute to enhancing students' presentation skills in the context of remote learning. The research was conducted through a literature review method, examining ten relevant scientific sources published between 2020 and 2023.The main focus of this review includes aspects of ease of use, effectiveness of interactive features, as well as their impact on students' mastery of material and oral communication skills.The results of the study show that Zoom has advantages in terms of comprehensive features that support presentation practices, such as screen sharing, breakout rooms, and session recording. On the other hand, Google Meet excels in terms of interface simplicity and access stability, especially for users with limited devices or connectivity. Although different in technical approaches, both are considered capable of strengthening confidence, speaking skills, and the active participation of students in online learning activities. This study provides important input for educators in determining the appropriate digital learning media to support the development of students' presentation competencies in the digital age.
