KAJIAN STRATEGIS KEAMANAN MARITIM MENANGGULANGI ANCAMAN TERHADAP LAUT DAN PERDANGANGAN INTERNASIONAL
Main Article Content
Abstract
The sea is crucial to Indonesia's national interests as one of Southeast Asia's major archipelagic republics. Indonesia is encouraged to think about taking strategic measures around its ocean by the dynamic and constantly globalizing international system. This article explores three issues using qualitative research methodologies and primary and secondary data. The marine domain's place in Indonesia's national interest comes first. In this instance, Indonesia places a high value on it as the sea offers several strategic advantages to the nation in addition to being a vital component of it. Because of its significance, the marine sector is also strategically positioned in maritime trade, which can improve national security. These include forming one's own perspective on the ocean, participating in international multilateral frameworks, and adhering to pertinent international rules.
