PENIPUAN DENGAN MODUS PANIC CALL TINJAUAN HUKUM PIDANA DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KORBAN

Abstract

Panic call fraud is an increasingly prevalent type of crime that capitalizes on the feelings of victims to obtain unlawful gain.  The applicable regulations, criminal elements that can be imposed, and possible penalties for perpetrators are discussed in this article.  In addition, the article looks at the psychological, social, and economic impact on victims and the precautions that can be taken to reduce the risk.
