ANALISIS KRIMINOLOGI TERHADAP TAWURAN ANTAR PELAJAR YANG MENGAKIBATKAN KEMATIAN (STUDI KASUS DI POLDA LAMPUNG)
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aims to examine the reasons behind fights between students that can lead to death and how to overcome them from a criminological perspective. The issue of student brawls in Indonesia, including in Lampung, is no longer just a matter of juvenile delinquency, but has escalated into a serious crime. This study uses a legal framework approach and a real-world legal approach. The reasons for brawls are grouped into two main categories: internal factors (unstable emotions, identity search, and social pressure) and external factors (influence of the social environment, social media, and lack of supervision from parents and schools). Efforts to handle brawls are carried out preventively and reactively, but are still not very effective. The results of the study indicate that resolving student brawls requires cooperation between families, schools, law enforcement, and the community with a more comprehensive and compassionate approach.
