ANALISIS BEBAN KERJA MENTAL DAN FISIK PADA KARYAWAN PRODUKSI DI PT BAPAK BAKERY MENGGUNAKAN METODE NASA-TLX PENGUKURAN CVL

Abstract

PT. Bapak Bakery kerap mendapatkan permasalahan cacat produk dengan salah satu faktor penyebab permasalahan tersebut adalah faktor kelelahan karyawan produksi sehingga dibutuhkan upaya dari pihak perusahaan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Salah satu upaya yang bias dilakukan perusahaan adalah melakukan analisis beban kerja mental dan fisik karyawan produksi. Penelitian ini akan melakukan analisis menggunakan metode NASA TLX untuk menjadi metode subjektif dalam mengukur beban kerja mental dan mengukur CVL sebagai metode objektif. Metode NASA TLX memperhatikan 6 dimensi untuk menilai beban mental yaitu mental demand, physical demand, temporal demand, effort, performance, frustration. Sedangkan metode pengukuran CVL dihitung berdasarkan persentase cardiovascular load. Hasil pengolahan data NASA-TLX menunjukkan bahwa interpretasi beban kerja mental yang tinggi pada angak 65%. Hasil pengolahan data CVL menunjukkan rentang nilai 30% hingga 60% yang berarti perusahaan perlu melakukan perbaikan untuk mengatasi beban kerja fisik yang berlebih.

Abstract

          PT Bapak Bakery often gets product defect problems with one of the factors causing the problem is the fatigue factor of production employees so that efforts are needed from the company to overcome these problems. One of the efforts that companies can make is to analyze the mental and physical workload of production employees. This study will conduct an analysis using the NASA TLX method to be a subjective method in measuring mental workload and measuring CVL as an objective method. The NASA TLX method pays attention to 6 dimensions to assess mental load, namely mental demand, physical demand, temporal demand, effort, performance, and frustration. Meanwhile, the CVL measurement method is calculated based on the percentage of cardiovascular load. The results of NASA-TLX data processing showed that the interpretation of the mental workload was high at 65%. The results of CVL data processing show a value range of 30% to 60% which means that the company need to make improvements to overcome the excessive physical workload.
