PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM PENDANAAN DAN PENJUALAN PRODUK UMKM TOKO KELONTONG BERBASIS WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN METODE SCRUM (Studi Kasus: Desa Sukowiyono)

Abstract
Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran vital dalam mendukung perekonomian nasional, khususnya di wilayah pedesaan. Namun, pelaku usaha seperti toko kelontong di Desa Sukowiyono masih mengalami kendala dalam melakukan pencatatan transaksi, pengelolaan produk, dan pengajuan pendanaan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis website yang mampu mendukung pengelolaan penjualan dan pendanaan UMKM secara efektif dan transparan. Proses pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Scrum, yang dibagi dalam beberapa sprint untuk membangun fitur inti seperti login multi-pengguna, pengelolaan produk, marketplace, checkout, serta fitur pengajuan dan verifikasi pendanaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pelaku UMKM dan aparat desa. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, dengan bantuan XAMPP sebagai lingkungan pengembangan lokal. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode black box untuk memastikan seluruh fitur berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan usaha dan proses pendanaan UMKM, serta memperluas akses pasar secara digital. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi digital yang dapat diterapkan juga di desa-desa lain yang memiliki karakteristik serupa.
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in supporting the national economy, particularly in rural areas. However, business owners such as grocery store operators in Sukowiyono Village still face challenges in manually recording transactions, managing products, and submitting funding proposals. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system capable of supporting efficient and transparent management of MSME sales and funding. The system development process applies the Scrum method, which is divided into several sprints to build core features such as multi-user login, product management, marketplace, checkout, as well as funding submission and verification features. Data were collected through direct observation and interviews with MSME actors and village officials. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, with XAMPP as the local development environment. System testing was conducted using the black box method to ensure that all features functioned as intended. The results of the study indicate that the system successfully improves the efficiency of business and funding processes for MSMEs, while also expanding their digital market reach. This system is expected to serve as a digital solution that can be adopted by other villages with similar characteristics.
