Abstract

This community service aimed to improve public awareness of service businesses as a local economic opportunity. The interactive discussion was held for residents of Punduan Permai 2 Housing Complex, focusing on service business strategies, service quality improvement, and the use of digital platforms. The results showed increased awareness, strategic knowledge, and interest in business development. The interactive discussion method proved effective in fostering entrepreneurial literacy and community economic innovation.
