ANALISIS POSISI KERJA TERHADAP KASUS LOW BACK PAIN (LBP) PADA PEKERJA BENGKEL LAS RAPI DI MALANG

Abstract
Introduction: Low back pain (LBP) is defined as pain, muscle tension or local stiffness below the costal margin and above the lower gluteal fold, with or without leg pain. This pain is felt between the corners of the lower ribs to the lower buttocks, namely in the lumbar or lumbar sacral area, pain can radiate to the legs and feet. Purpose: This counseling aims to provide education to workers about low back pain cases, especially about the definition, symptoms, causes, and prevention so as to reduce low back pain complaints in workers at the Rapi welding workshop in Jetis, Malang Regency. Research Method: The method used is to provide health counseling about low back pain to welding workshop workers by using posters as a form of media to facilitate counseling, giving questionnaires in the form of questions to workers to obtain information in order to measure the effectiveness of providing counseling provided education. Results: The counseling went well, the counseling activities that have been carried out at the Rapi welding workshop Jl. Raya Jetis No. 39, Malang Regency, can provide workers with insight into low back pain and how to prevent and treat it independently.
