ANALISIS PENGARUH PENERAPAN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT DAN TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT TERHADAP EFISIENSI BIAYA PADA INDUSTRI MANUFAKTUR

Abstract
Efisiensi biaya merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan daya saing industri manufaktur. Supply Chain Management (SCM) dan Total Quality Management (TQM) merupakan dua pendekatan strategis yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengoptimalkan proses operasional dan menekan biaya produksi. SCM berfokus pada pengelolaan rantai pasok yang efisien, mulai dari pengadaan bahan baku hingga distribusi produk, guna mengurangi pemborosan dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Sementara itu, TQM menekankan pada perbaikan kualitas berkelanjutan untuk meminimalkan cacat produk, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, serta mengurangi biaya kegagalan produksi. Kajian literatur ini menganalisis pengaruh penerapan SCM dan TQM terhadap efisiensi biaya di industri manufaktur berdasarkan studi empiris dan teoretis yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi SCM dan TQM secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap pengurangan biaya operasional dan peningkatan profitabilitas perusahaan.
