Abstract
Start-up company culture is an important foundation that shapes the character, working methods, and innovative capabilities of a new company. In a dynamic and crowded business environment, an adaptive, transparent, and collaborative work culture is the key to enhancing creativity, rapid decision-making, and sustainable growth. However, building and maintaining a positive and consistent organizational culture is not a simple task, especially when start-ups are growing and facing challenges such as minimal clear organizational structures. Therefore, understanding and managing company culture consciously and strategically becomes very important for the success of start-ups in surviving, innovating, and competing in an increasingly competitive market. Therefore, this study aims to explore strategies and best practices in building and managing an effective and sustainable start-up company culture.
