PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP PERILAKU KERJA INOVATIF

Abstract
This study was conducted to understand how work environment, organizational culture, and work stress affect the level of employee innovation at Yamaha Music Manufacturing. Data analysis was conducted using the Smart-PLS 3.0 program. Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires through the G-form platform. And the results of the study showed that a good work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee innovation. Likewise, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee innovation. Furthermore, work stress acts as an intermediary or as a mediating variable between the work environment and organizational culture on innovative work behavior.
