ANALISIS SWOT PADA USAHA MIKRO, KECIL DAN MENENGAH (UMKM): STUDI KASUS WARUNG SAMBAL IBU NIA DI CIKARANG SELATAN

Abstract
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in Indonesia's economic growth. This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) at Warung Sambal Ibu Nia, a culinary MSME located in South Cikarang. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method based on observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the analysis show that Warung Sambal Ibu Nia has strengths in the variety of typical chili sauce and affordable prices, but faces challenges in terms of branding and financial management. SO, ST, WO, and WT strategies were formulated to improve competitiveness and business sustainability. This research provides strategic recommendations that are relevant to local culinary MSMEs.
