Abstract
This study has a limited space on the aspect of human resource management to determine the influence of Job description, motivation, work discipline on employee performance at CV.Gardencell Kediri city. In this study the researcher used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study show the coefficient value of the Job Description variable of 0.230 with a significance probability value of 0.001 ≤ of 0.05 and a t-count value of 3.569 ≥ t-table 2.024 so it can be concluded that Job Description has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at CV. Garden Cell Kediri partially, then on the Extrinsic Motivation variable shows a coefficient value of 0.366 with a significance probability value of 0.003 ≤ 0.05 and a t-count value of 3.229 ≥ t-table 2.024 so it can be concluded that Extrinsic Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at CV. Garden Cell Kediri partially. There is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance of CV Gardencell Kediri City with a coefficient value of t-count of 16.397 ≥ t-table 2.024. Simultaneously shows f-count of 439.815 ≥ f-table 1.43 and R-Square value of 0.973 or equal to 97.3% which shows that together the independent variables have a positive and significant effect able to explain the dependent variable of 97.3% while the remaining 3.7% is explained by other variables outside the study. Based on the regression equation Y = 1.662 + 0.230 X1 + 0.366 X2 + 0.995 X3. Based on the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, no variables were found to deviate from the classical assumption test
