The teacher is able to create a conducive learning environment, provide a positive example, and consistently encourage students to excel. These findings show that teacher professionalism is not only related to technical competence but also includes ethical values and dedication to character building in students. Therefore, this study recommends the need for continuous professional development programs for teachers to improve the quality of education, particularly in terms of enhancing students' learning motivation.
