The phenomenon of cyberbullying has become an increasingly prevalent social issue in the digital age. Cyberbullying can have a serious impact on the mental, social, and emotional health of the victim. This research aims to analyze the representation of meaning in Budi Pekerti by Wregas Bhanuteja using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis method. The movie illustrates how a viral video can change public perception of individuals and trigger a wave of digital bullying that has a huge impact on the victim's life. This research uses a qualitative approach with a semiotic analysis method to examine the denotative, connotative, and mythical meanings contained in the film. The results show that Budi Pekerti represents meanings in various aspects, such as social stigma, psychological pressure, and threats to family stability. The movie also highlights how social media can be a tool to shape public opinion and direct people's perceptions towards someone without considering the broader context. The conclusion of this study confirms that Budi Pekerti does not only function as an entertainment medium, but also as a social reflection that illustrates the consequences of digital media abuse. This study is expected to raise public awareness of the dangers of cyberbullying and the importance of ethics in social media.
