IMPLIKATUR PERCAKAPAN DALAM WACANA HUMOR STAND UP COMEDYINDRA FRIMAWAN PADA ACARA SUCI DI CHANNEL YOUTUBE STAND UP KOMPAS TV

Abstract

Bahasa tidak hanya berperan sebagai sarana komunikasi literal, tetapi juga menjadi medium untuk menyampaikan maksud tersirat melalui berbagai strategi tutur yang kreatif. Dalam praktik humor, terutama stand up comedy, pelanggaran maksim percakapan kerap dilakukan secara sadar untuk menghasilkan implikatur yang memicu tawa audiens. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk implikatur percakapan yang muncul dalam wacana humor stand up comedy Indra Frimawan pada ajang Stand Up Comedy Indonesia (SUCI) yang diunggah melalui channel YouTube Stand Up Kompas TV. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teori implikatur percakapan sebagai landasan analisis. Data diperoleh dengan teknik simak dan catat dari tiga video penampilan Indra Frimawan yang dipilih secara purposif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Indra secara konsisten melanggar keempat maksim percakapan: maksim kuantitas, maksim kualitas, maksim relevansi, dan maksim cara. Pelanggaran maksim kuantitas terwujud melalui penyampaian informasi yang terlalu sedikit maupun berlebihan; maksim kualitas muncul dalam bentuk pernyataan yang secara logika mustahil; maksim relevansi melalui pembelokan topik secara mendadak; dan maksim cara melalui kalimat yang ambigu atau berputar-putar. Pelanggaran maksim tersebut menghasilkan implikatur yang membangun humor khas Indra Frimawan dengan gaya absurdnya. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya khazanah kajian pragmatik humor dan memberikan referensi praktis bagi komika, penulis naskah humor, serta pengajar bahasa.

Abstract

Stand up comedy Indonesia (SUCI) uploaded through the YouTube channel Stand Up Kompas TV. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the theory of conversational implicature as the basis for analysis. Data were obtained using the listening and note-taking technique from three videos of Indra Frimawan's performances that were selected purposively. The results of the analysis show that Indra consistently violates the four conversational maxims: the maxim of quantity, the maxim of quality, the maxim of relevance, and the maxim of manner. Violation of the maxim of quantity is manifested through the delivery of too little or too much information; the maxim of quality appears in the form of statements that are logically impossible; the maxim of relevance through sudden topic changes; and the maxim of manner through ambiguous or roundabout sentences. Violation of these maxims produces implicatures that build Indra Frimawan's distinctive humor with his absurd style. These findings are expected to enrich the treasury of humor pragmatic studies and provide practical references for comedians, humor scriptwriters, and language teachers.
