Abstract
Lopek Bugih is a traditional snack from Kampar, Riau, with high cultural and historical value. However, its existence is starting to decline due to the lack of interest from the younger generation and the dominance of modern foods. To maintain its sustainability and increase local economic potential, socialization and training activities were conducted for women in RW 04, Limbungan Village. This activity included conveying the cultural values and economic potential of Lopek Bugih, training on making it with good quality standards, and assistance in packaging and simple marketing strategies. As a result, participant understanding increased by 90%, and all participants were able to practice making Lopek Bugih correctly. This program also succeeded in fostering interest in entrepreneurship, making Lopek Bugih a home business opportunity that supports cultural preservation and community economic empowerment based on local wisdom.
