In terms of hand washing needs, not everyone has the same access to hand washing facilities in public facilities. Such as hand washing facilities in tourist attractions, terminals, markets and other public places. The purpose of this study is to determine which attributes are the attraction of respondents and how this product can be used by users, therefore a method is needed to solve this problem, the method used is QFD (Quality Function Deployment) is to translate consumer needs into real product characteristics and identify priority areas that need attention in the design and development process. By implementing the ‘‘Quality Function Deployment (QFD)” method, user needs can be translated into technical specifications for automatic sinks, found in a sturdy frame construction with an interest score of 93 and a percentage value of 28% and a steel machine frame has a score of 85 with a percentage of 26% then water pressure with a score of 81 and 24%.
