Abstract

This psychoeducation activity plays an important role in helping 
students and individuals cope with burnout by strengthening positive 
emotions as psychological resources. The psychoeducation activity 
aims to educate students about the importance of building meaning in 
life through positive emotions such as gratitude, love, and hope. The 
psychoeducation program is conducted in the form of webinars via 
online platforms using a combination of lectures, discussions, and 
mindfulness practices. Participants in this program consist of 15 
students from various universities. The results of this program 
indicate that the psychoeducation program can enhance participants' 
understanding of positive emotions and encourage self-reflection and 
psychological growth. The evaluation of this activity revealed active 
participant engagement and increased awareness of the importance of 
positive emotions when facing stress, which can improve quality of 
life. The psychoeducation in this activity indicated that positive 
emotions are effective in strengthening mental resilience and creating 
a deep sense of meaning in life.
