Analisis Pengaruh Beban Kerja Berlebih terhadap Risiko Burnout pada Karyawan Muda

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out if there is a relationship between workload and fatigue in young employees working in companies. The method used is quantitative correlational. Data is collected by distributing questionnaires to young employees in several companies. Research results show that there is a significant positive correlation between workload and fatigue; the more workload felt by employees, the more fatigue they are. Physical fatigue, emotional exhaustion, and decreased desire to work are the most common symptoms of fatigue. The results show that companies must pay attention to workload management and provide psychological support so that young employees can work well and not experience fatigue.
