Psikoedukasi : Pencegahan Bullying dan Penguatan Empati di Lingkungan SMK Bina Jaya Prestasi Kecamatan Tambun Selatan

Abstract
Bullying remains a serious issue in school environments, negatively affecting students’ mental health and learning climate. To address this problem, this community service activity aimed to enhance students’ awareness of the impact of bullying and the importance of empathy through a psychoeducational approach. The activity was conducted at SMK Bina Jaya Prestasi on May 24, 2025, using a two-way interactive method, which involved lectures, discussions, and reflective exercises. The materials covered the definition and types of bullying, its impact on victims, and how to cultivate empathy in daily social interactions. The results showed that this two-way interactive method was effective in improving students’ understanding and awareness, fostering more empathetic behavior, and preventing bullying in the school environment.
