ANALISIS KESESUAIAN MODUL AJAR BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING PADA KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR DI KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 25 SAMARINDA TAHUN AJARAN 2023/2024

Abstract
This research is motivated by the lack of understanding among Guidance and Counseling teachers regarding the creation of Guidance and Counseling teaching modules for the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. This study aims to determine whether the teaching modules created by Guidance and Counseling teachers at SMP Negeri 25 Samarinda comply with Permendikbudristek No. 56/M/2022. The type of research used in this study is a document study. The data sources in this study are Guidance and Counseling teachers, and the teaching modules owned by Guidance and Counseling teachers. The data collection techniques used by the researcher were open-ended interviews and documentation. The interviews were conducted as a preliminary study that provided the background for this research. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results indicate that the components of the teaching modules used by the Guidance and Counseling teachers at SMP Negeri 25 Samarinda do not align with the teaching module components stipulated in Permendikbudristek No. 56/M/2022. Several components missing from the Guidance and Counseling teachers' teaching modules at SMP Negeri 25 Samarinda include: initial competencies, Pancasila student profiles, meaningful understanding, trigger questions, enrichment and remedial activities, a glossary, and a bibliography. This is because the teaching modules were created in a rush due to administrative requirements for school accreditation, the lack of In-House Training (IHT) at the school regarding teaching module development, and the lack of understanding among the guidance and counseling teachers regarding teaching module development.
