PEMETAAN SUHU COLD ROOM/CHILLER PENYIMPANAN COLD CHAIN PRODUCT (CCP) PADA SALAH SATU PBF DI KOTA BANDUNG

Abstract

Storage temperature is a crucial factor in maintaining the stability of Cold Chain Products (CCP), as it directly affects the efficacy, quality, and potency of the medicines. Various factors such as light, temperature, and humidity can influence the storage process and the quality of the products. This study aims to evaluate whether the storage process complies with established standards to maintain the quality of CCP, and to determine stable storage conditions using a chiller. The study was conducted by measuring the temperature inside a showcase chiller using 9 thermo data loggers over a period of 13 days, with data recording intervals every 10 minutes. The results showed that the highest recorded temperature was 7.8°C at point 1, while the lowest recorded temperature was 2.5°C at point 2. The average temperature throughout the study was 4.66 ± 0.08°C, which falls within the recommended CCP storage range of 2–8°C. Based on the findings, the chiller temperature met the required standards, maintaining stable conditions within the appropriate cold chain product storage range.
