ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN FASILITAS KANTOR DALAM MENDUKUNG KEGIATAN RAPAT DI PT X

Abstract
This research uses a qualitative research approach with a descriptive approach that focuses on actual events. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of managing office facilities supports meeting activities at PT X; to find out the meeting reservation system process used by PT X; and to analyze solutions that can be applied to optimize the use of the meeting reservation system to meet the needs of sudden meetings at PT X. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation. The results show that the process of managing office facilities, which includes the stages of planning, procurement, and maintenance, has been carried out systematically to support PT X's meeting activities. PT X uses a meeting reservation system through the Meetpoint application to facilitate booking space administratively. However, PT X still faces obstacles in its implementation. These include unavailable meeting rooms and an inflexible reservation system. There are several solutions to overcome these problems, namely by creating a special room for impromptu meetings, adding an automatic cancellation feature to the Meetpoint system, and creating a policy that limits the length of reservations.
