Abstract


  1. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Lampung Branch is a Total Food Solutions company with operational activities that cover all stages of the food production process, from production and processing of raw materials to final products available in the market. The performance of employees of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Lampung Branch still has a performance assessment that is in the category of partially meeting expectations, which means it has not met expectations. It can be seen from the number of employees as many as 91 employees who have not met expectations in the 2024 assessment. This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership, Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance with Motivation as a Moderator Variable at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Lampung Branch. The type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all employees of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Lampung Branch. The data analysis method uses MRA. Data processing with SPSS software. The results of the study show that the leadership variable affects employee performance. Giving rewards affects employee performance. Giving punishment affects employee performance. Leadership affects employee performance which is moderated by motivation. Punishment has an effect on employee performance moderated by motivation. Reward has an effect on employee performance moderated by motivation.
