PENGARUH PROSPEK KERJA DAN WORK COMMUNICATION TERHADAP KESIAPAN KERJA MAHASISWA GEN-Z

Abstract
Gen-Z students need to have work readiness to face the competition of the world of work. Changes in industry needs require students to not only master academic aspects, but also understand job prospects and have good work communication in the work environment. This study aims to determine the Influence of Job Prospects and Work Communication on the Work Readiness of Gen-Z Students. The method used is a Quantitative approach with a research sample of 100 respondents, namely Gen-Z Students in Tasikmalaya. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data testing technique used in this study uses validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The analysis tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of the study show that Job Prospects and Work Communication have a significant effect on the Work Readiness of Gen-Z Students. Partially, Job Prospects have a significant effect on the Work Readiness of Gen-Z Students. Partially, Work Communication has a significant effect on the Work Readiness of Gen-Z Students.
