Abstract

This study began with the problems that existed in CV. Syarekah Jaya, which experienced a decrease and increase in productivity. This study aims to determine how Human Relations and Turnover Intention affect the work productivity of CV. Syarekah Jaya employees. The research method used is quantitative descriptive using data analysis techniques, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The population in this study was 65 employees. The research sample used total sampling, therefore the sample of this study was 65 people which included all employees of CV. Syarekah Jaya. The results of this study indicate that the Human Relations variable partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, the Turnover Intention variable partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and simultaneously Human Relations and Turnover Intention have a positive and significant effect on work productivity CV. Syarekah Jaya
