PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN(Survei Pada Karyawan Domino's Pizza Area Jawa Barat)

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Profit Growth and Business This research was conducted to find out how job training and compensation can influence the performance of Domino's Pizza employees in the West Java area. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, data was obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 65 respondents who were employees of Domino's Pizza Area West Java. The research technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that job training and compensation can simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Domino's Pizza employees in the West Java area. Partial Job Training can have a significant effect on the Performance of Domino's Pizza Area West Java Employees, and partial Compensation can have a significant effect on the Performance of Domino's Pizza Area West Java Employees.
