PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya)

Abstract
This study is a quantitative associative research aimed at determining the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables using correlation and regression analysis, based on existing theories. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis.The research findings show that the calculated F-value (Fhitung) is 40.039 with a significance level of 0.000. Meanwhile, the F-table value at a 95% confidence level (α = 5%) indicates that Work Discipline (X1) and Compensation (X2) jointly have a very significant effect on employee performance at Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. The simultaneous test results reveal a determination coefficient (R²) of 83.8%, showing that the variables of leadership style and work discipline explain 83.8% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining 16.7% is influenced by other independent variables not examined in this study. Additionally, the test results for the relationship between Work Discipline and employee performance yield a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.721, meaning that Work Discipline contributes 51.9% to employee performance. For Compensation, the determination coefficient (R²) is 0.406, indicating that Compensation accounts for 16% of the variance in employee performance.
